Hilary Mayes of Harrison, Arkansas shared her personal mental health journey of pain and overwhelming sadness that almost caused her to end her life.
After one Seed Digging session, 3 years later, Hilary no longer carries the diagnosis of Schizoaffective Disorder. She doesn't hallucinate nor self-mutilate, and is thriving and enjoying life!
